Women Self-Help Groups

Under the leadership of Arun Tomar Rohit, multiple Self-Help Groups (SHGs) were formed to empower women in Nasda village and surrounding rural communities. These groups serve as platforms for women to pool their savings, access micro-financing options, and collectively invest in small-scale businesses like handicrafts, dairy farming, tailoring units, and agri-based enterprises. Through regular workshops, women are trained in entrepreneurship, bookkeeping, digital banking, and market linkage strategies. By promoting self-reliance and economic participation, this initiative has not only elevated household incomes but also boosted the confidence and leadership roles of women in their communities.
